Yet Geraldine nor speaks nor stirs:
Ah! what a stricken look was hers!
Deep from within she seems half-way
To lift some weight with sick assay,
And eyes the maid and seeks delay;
Then suddenly, as one defied,
Collects herself in scorn and pride,
And lay down by the maiden's side!-
And in her arms the maid she took,
Ah, well-a-day!
And with low voice and doleful look
These words did say:
*****
'In the touch of this bosom there worketh a spell,
Which is lord of thy utterance, Christabel!
Thou knowest to-night, and wilt know to-morrow,
This mark of my shame, this seal of my sorrow;
But vainly thou warrest,
For this is alone in
Thy power to declare,
That in the dim forest
Thou heard'st a low moaning,
And found'st a bright lady, surpassingly fair:
And didst bring her home with thee, in love and in charity,
To shield her and shelter her from the damp air.'
....from Christabel-Samuel Taylor Coleridge

Yesterday about 10 people were killed in Nandigram in a clash between the locals and the police. I was at Jadavpur University today, as I had little to do and intended to soak in the enthusiastic political debates. I in my customary "save thyself" attitude of course never took sides. There was a raod block put up by AISA and others at 8B. Then they got back. The real fun started. A very foolish police contingent of one officer and approx. 3 constables enterd in a Bolero. They were surrounded and beat off. Take a look. I did not not have any camera with me but I had my mobile. The media had left by then. So they never got this one. Enjoy....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yNYlb-fP_5I

Artists are famous for their fondness for the opposite sex. We are usually endowed with the attribute of being superhuman lovers having loved virtually all the men/women we have ever met. Ah... well. I wish I was such a casanova. But hei.. I am just a boy. And that goes for all of us. I mean , replace this with "I am just a girl" for women artists. You do not realise, you who think that I am a god sent casanova, you do not realize that I am incapable. No, I dont have such a big heart. Show me one person who has. No, dont try- there is none.
If there is a passionate painting of a girl that I have done, it may well be that its not the girl who posed for me whom you see. But a girl who lives in my neuroses only. Flora for example(see below); the person posing is not of course Flora. Flora lives inside me and lives there only. Now if you say, that this girl posing for me, has been living inside me!!!!! Well, I dont no what to say about such a miracle of science. I also never knew that I was a mythical monster. No there's no girl whom I once ate weeping from inside my belly. Hi,Hi... Take care.

Labels: F3HP with motordrive MD4
I am able to make a post at last. So far I have been putting in only business ADs. I am buying a F3HP. Look forward to it. This will replace my FE2A. I will miss the needle meter though. But I hope I will not miss it for too long. I have been shooting in digital for too long. I have a D70. Pretty good, for a camera of this level. But film is film. Spring is almost gone. Summer is here. I hope to get a few Provias and make the most of it.
And I am also getting a MD4 motor-drive . And all this for less than $375. He.. he..

Hi. I should be at the very onset defending my claims to kingship, should I not? Have a brief look at my kingdom. You already have small glimpses all throughout the page . If you take the trouble of following this link # My photographer's portfolio @ flickr in "My Pages Elsewhere" on the left of the posts you will get a better look . I graph with photo as you can see and thus am a photographer. (http://www.scphoto.com/html/history.html Hey are you impressed by my Greek. If not post a comment. I know much more. He.He..) I paint also but I am more into photography till now. It is with this tool of photography that I found my kingdom and became a king. My kingdom is a land of beauty, of magic, of love, a land where bards sing ballads of human strife, of the green grass, of grasshoppers, of the bliss of consummated love, of the passion of pining love. Welcome to my kingdom and come in good faith. For this is a land which has many kings and queens. This is a land which makes a king or a queen of any who makes it his or her own.
I will be going round the world soon. So I decided to do something which will take care of the expenses. I am working with Indian Folk &Traditional Art like handicrafts, contemporary paintings and Indian dress designs on European dresses and exporting them to
I am a member of Digital Bridges a volunteer group working to spread computer literacy among the underpriviledged.

Dipple: even then there is a sense of being senseless.. life is systematically snseless... once you accept the senselessness... you will see the senselessness fall into a pattern and you can even predict it sometimes..
Dipple: I have a gut feeling that the secret of life cannot be found in its reason. It can be found in its pattern of being reasonless.
If you can locate the pattern which life follows in being senseless.. you will get a sort of a map in the end....
Dipple: at least that sems to me... Je ne
no... no.. no....
not the way you think...
not in the usual sense..
the way life leaves sense almost has a pattern ....
like you sometimes can predict when something insensible is going to happen.. that is a vague analogy though...
Dipple: chaos has the sweetest of all orders..
it is order in its finest sense... what we know as order is in fact an attempt at order..
but confusion doesnt mean chaos necessarily...
confusion is banal and directions lost.
chaos is chaste and direction less.
Dipple: there is no attempt at direction or at losing direction in chaos...
because there never was any direction to start with...
chaos is 0 dimensional maybe... no direction..
or maybe 2D... only time and space...
maybe we can define chaos by only time and space.. the 3rd and 4th dimensions....
no direction...
by the way...
I am not on anything or high on anything....
I do not need those to take me high….lol
I am contemplating ... ie all.
Do Not Forget the bottom of the page. The best is always the last.
